If you want to start fresh with a new WordPress website on eQPress (without migrating an existing site), follow these steps:
- Visit the Deflect Dashboard Go to Deflect Dashboard and log in.
- Navigate to the Hosting Tab Once logged in, click on the “Hosting” tab in the main navigation.
- Request eQPress Hosting You will see a section describing eQPress — our free, secure WordPress hosting service. Click on the “Request eQPress Hosting” button.
- Fill Out the Form Complete the request form with the required details. Important: In the message or comments section of the form, clearly state that you want to create a new empty WordPress site (not a migration). This helps the systems team set up a blank installation for you.
- Wait for Follow-Up Once the form is submitted, a support ticket will be created. Our systems team will contact you shortly with further details, access credentials, or any additional questions needed to complete the setup.
